Turnaround times
The quoted turnaround time is from sample receipt in the laboratory, to results authorisation in the Laboratory Information Management system. The times do not include transport of specimen to the laboratory or the administrative process to print and post/email reports. Service users must allow for transport and reporting time when ordering tests.

Availability:
New referral arrangements must be pre-agreed with the Laboratory, please contact [email protected], failure to contact the Laboratory prior to any new sample referrals may result in samples not being processed.
Important:
We are unable to release results to patients, patients should contact their healthcare provider for laboratory test results.
